Shipping Policy

  • We have currently postponed any orders to California.
  • We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
  • Shipping prices are calculated by FedEx Ground/Express/International Priority and Economy matrixes. We do not control the price of shipping. 
  • Record high volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID 19 closures and weather events may cause delivery delays.
  • In-stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Shipping method times refer to once we have received the part(s) from the manufacturer and have repackaged and prepared your order for shipment to you. 
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 4-6 days to arrive to our location. 
  • A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 15 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately once we receive them. 
  • If the part is not in stock in the United States and needs to be specially ordered from overseas, it usually takes 3-6 months to arrive at our location. This depends on manufacturer/factory availability and production. 
  • We will notify you about any back order status and a potential release date as we are notified from the manufacturer. 
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back order or has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately. 
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped overnight for an additional cost.
  • Over-sized shipments will be an additional cost; you will be contacted prior to order placement and shipping for approval. 
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • Due to high thefts at Apartment Complex's and Condo's, any shipment to an Apartment or Condo will need to be signed for by an adult, (21+).
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. 
  • We do not accept returns of any part. Please see Return's Tab for more information.
  • We are not responsible for shipments once they have left our facility. If your package is lost or damaged, you must contact the shipping company and start a claim immediately. Failure to do so will forfeit the claim and may result in complete loss of product. 
  • If a package is claimed to be delivered from the shipping company but is not at the location, there is a change it has been stolen. In this case, you must file a Local Police report and claim it against your Renters, or Home Insurance. 
  • We cannot stress enough that we have ZERO control of packages once they leave our facility. 
  • WorldOEM and Ganley Auto are not liable or responsible for any missing or damaged "in-transit" package unless otherwise noted. 

Shipping Protection With Extend

  • We protect all domestic shipments shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico via FedEx, UPS, and USPS with Extend. 
  • All applicable orders are automatically enrolled with Extend shipping protection if shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 
  • Extend shipping protection covers applicable orders from loss, theft, or damage.
  • After a customer places an order, they will receive an email directly from Extend with their assigned Contract ID. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or shopping folders. You can still easily file a claim with just your email address through the claims portal.  
  • If you need to file a claim on your covered shipment, you can quickly and easily do so using one of the following steps
  • Once Extend approves your claim, you will receive a virtual gift card equal to the protected order dollar amount. The total funds on the card should include the original cost of the items purchased, taxes, and the shipping fee.
